Returns / Refunds / Exchanges Policy:

All sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable. Please email any questions or concerns you may have prior to your purchase to [email protected]

Size Exchanges or Store credit may occur for unused/unworn merchandise still in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be unworn, original tags attached and in original packaging when applicable.

Processing & Shipping:

For shipping within US: Please allow up to 4-6 business days.

For shipping to Canada: Please allow 7-11 business days.

For shipping outside of US: Please allow up to 14-21 business days.

Orders are shipped via USPS. We do ship internationally however customs fees are not included in shipping costs and are solely the responsibility of the customer. 

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

LaoApparel™ is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims are with USPS.

Pre-Orders

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks or longer, for these types of orders to be processed. These types of items are sold before they're made or in stock. Wait time may vary. Please feel free to E-mail us at any time with any questions. [email protected]

Changing Pre-orders
